My work spans enterprise systems, AI/ML and regulated banking. I work with executives, product owners and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into governed services, from the first architecture decision and executable vertical slice through release evidence and operating ownership. Recent work covers shared agent platforms, knowledge and context, credit, financial crime, controls, document intelligence and software-engineering automation.
